FitFat AI is an independent English-language digital publication founded, owned and operated by Rati Szabolcs, based in the Netherlands. Rati Szabolcs is the responsible publisher and the person accountable for the website's editorial decisions, source standards, corrections, privacy information and commercial disclosures.

FitFat AI is not owned by a healthcare company, supplement manufacturer, gym chain, artificial-intelligence provider or advertising agency.

Role and relevant experience

Rati Szabolcs manages digital publishing, website operations, topic selection, research coordination and final editorial review for FitFat AI. The publication's role is to translate identifiable public-health guidance and peer-reviewed evidence into practical, readable educational material, and to document how popular AI systems answer wellness questions.

Our standard workflow is:
